X-ray crystal analyzers

X-ray crystal analyzers can be used in researching inner microcosmic structure of physical object, such as orienting single crystal , detecting flaw, determining the nature, measuring the array amount, measuring rest stress and so on

The parts of the X-ray crystal analyzer include:

X-ray generator
Tube voltage: 10~60kV, controlled by SCM (Single Chip Micyoco?) automatically （1kV/step）
Tube current: 5~80mA, controlled by SCM automatically （1mA/step）
Stability of tube voltage and current ≤0.03%
Nominal output power: 3kW
Setting time by SCM automatically and time can be selected by operators.
Protecting the X-ray tube from over-voltage, over-current, over-power, non-voltage, non-water and over temperature.

Cooling system
The cooling system don’t need other water cycle cooling device. It can control water temperature and display X-ray tube temperature automatically. And it has stainless steel pump with strong power and low noise. The cooling system seldom or never be blocked with rust and scale.

X-ray shield cover
The X-ray shield cover has the X-ray shield device that is made of high density and good transparent glass. The leakage dose of radiation is less than 2.5μSv/h.
